A perspective on Lotus Notes views

IBM's inimitable Alan Lepofsky has recently posted two articles that will help users of IBM Lotus Notes better understand the behavior of views and folders:

• How many documents do you see? - the confusion that can follow from the categorization of views
  
• Remove or Delete? Folder or View? - what's the difference between a "view" and a "folder" and most importantly between "removing" a document and "deleting" one?

Both of these have a tendency to trip up new Notes users.
